In “Contraceptive Effectiveness of Immediate Compared With Delayed Insertion of Intrauterine Devices After Abortion: A Decision Analysis” by M. F. Reeves, K. J. Smith, and M. D. Creinin (Obstet Gynecol 2007;109:1286–1294), Figures 2 and 3 contain errors. Due to a production error, an incorrect version of Figure 2 was published showing horizontal lines extending from the left of the black bars. The corrected figure is reprinted here. Due to an author error, in Figure 3, the horizontal and vertical axis labels were switched. The horizontal axis should read, “Expulsion, immediate insertion (%),” and the vertical axis should read, “Failure to return, delayed insertion (%).” The corrected figure is reprinted here.
