In “Chronic Renal Disease in Pregnancy” (Obstet Gynecol 2006;108:1531–39) by Susan M. Ramin, Alex C. Vidaeff, Edward R. Yeomans, and Larry C. Gilstrap, an incorrect phrase appeared in the last sentence before the Conclusions section. The sentence, “Frequent dialysis should be performed (4–6 hours per week after the first trimester)29” should read, “Frequent dialysis should be performed (4–6 times per week after the first trimester).29” The incorrect wording was included in the revised version of the manuscript submitted to the Editorial Office.

In “Hormones and Breast Cancer: Should Practice be Changed” (Obstet Gynecol 2006;108:1352–3) by John Collins, the page range was missing from Reference 6. Reference 6 should read “Lyytinen H, Pukkala E, Ylikorkala O. Breast cancer risk in postmenopausal women using estrogen-only therapy. Obstet Gynecol 2006;108:1354–60.” The page range was omitted during copyediting.
