Abstract

This is a review of 649 patients who underwent dilatation and curettage using the Med-E-Jet injector for paracervical block anesthesia. The study, which involved patients from a private office practice over a 2-year period, demonstrated the safety, efficiency, low cost, and ease of use of the Med-E-Jet injector. The instrument and the method are recommended for those performing such procedures on ambulatory patients.
