Emergency Medicine News welcomes submissions from physicians. Articles may be on any topic relevant to emergency medicine, but timely, original pieces receive preference. Except for opinion pieces, full references are required.
Writing should be concise and lively, following the style of the American Medical Association. Limit use of abbreviations except for widely accepted terms. Articles should be approximately 1000 words long, and EMN encourages the submission of tables and digital photographs (must be 300 dpi). Photographs of the author are also appreciated.
When submitting an article, include the author’s name, titles and affiliations, email address, and phone number.
Please send your query or article to email@example.com. A response will be provided within two weeks.
