Retrospective cohort review of the outcome of colectomy and ileorectal anastomosis for Crohn’s colitis. Asses the proctectomy rate, complication rate, anastomotic leak rate and stoma formation. Determine the reoperation rate and survival rate. This study shows that this operation is safe with a reoperation rate of 30%.
