Amantadine-Induced Myoclonus in Parkinson Disease After Medication Adjustment
A 74-year-old man with Parkinson disease 2 months after the elimination of amantadine, reduction of pramipexole, and increase in levodopa/carbidopa/entacapone. He shows restoration of gait and no residual tremor. Postural myoclonus is markedly reduced.
