Multiple antidystonic treatments were tried without benefit. Alcohol test was positive with a dramatic improvement. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first reported case of generalized dystonia without other clinical manifestations sensitive to alcohol. *Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Unit, Department of Neurology, Hospital de Clínicas “José de San Martín”; and †Neurology Department, Hospital Británico de Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
