The abstract, “Safety and Efficacy of 4-Factor Prothrombin Complex Concentrate in Patients Receiving Vitamin K Antagonists Compared to Patients not Receiving Vitamin K Antagonists: A Single Center Retrospective Review” on pages 3–4 of the Society for the Advancement of Blood Management Accepted Abstracts Supplement which published in September 2017, contained errors.

ERROR 1: In the table, the values mentioned for the ‘Intracranial Hemorrhage’ variable were duplicated and pasted into the ‘Liver Failure’ variable row. The correct values for the ‘Liver Failure’ variable are mentioned in the body of the abstract but the table does not reflect these values. For the ‘Liver Failure’ variable row, the column (NVKA) should read 7 (36.8%) and the column VKA should read 6 (8.3%).

ERROR 2: In the table, the values mentioned for the ‘DVT’ variable were duplicated and pasted into the ‘Pulmonary Embolus’ variable row. For the ‘H/o Deep Vein Thrombosis’ variable row Liver Failure variable row, the column (VKA) should read 23 (31.9%).
