Ann Wolbert Burgess is a professor in the department of psychiatric nursing at the William F. Connell School of Nursing, Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA. Kathleen E. Carr is a pediatric NP at Wareham Pediatrics in Wareham, MA. Cathy Nahirny is an administrative manager at the Jimmy Ryce Law Enforcement Training Center at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and John B. Rabun, Jr., is executive vice president and chief operating officer of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in Alexandria, VA.
